Shop with confidence—RESIMPLE offers a 30-day return period with no explanation required. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility
- Condition:Items must be brand new, unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
- Accessories & Gifts: All included accessories and free gifts must be returned.
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of the official receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
- Exclusions: Clearance items and non-Momcozy branded products are not eligible for return under this policy.
III. Return Process

Obtain Approval: Customer service will respond within 48 hours and send you the return instructions.
Safely Return: Pack and send the item back as instructed. It’s recommended to insure the shipment and bear the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

Note: All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. Please ensure that the original appearance is not damaged, no stained and no used. If the goods are damaged due to your improper operation, we refuse to return the goods.
